We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for enterprise applications built on .NET, SQL Server, Angular, and JavaScript. The role involves troubleshooting, issue analysis, and ensuring resolution within defined SLAs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively in English and German.

Required Skills & Experience:
* Technical Skills :
* Strong experience with .NET Framework/Core, SQL Server, Angular, and JavaScript .
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps .
* Experience with debugging tools
* Support Experience :
* 3–6 years in application support or production support roles.
* Experience in incident, problem, and change management .
* Tools & Methodologies :
* Exposure to ITIL practices, ticketing tools (e.G., ServiceNow, JIRA).
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
* Language Skills :
* Proficient in German and French (preferred for client/stakeholder communication).
* Soft Skills :
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
* Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
