YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies within your assigned territory.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Business Development: Proactively search for and onboard new B2B clients and distributors.Account Management: Control payments, ensure contract fulfillment, and maintain client relationships.Field Work: Conduct face-to-face negotiations and represent Staleks at major industry expos.Market Analysis: Monitor the "Beauty" market and visit points of sale regularly.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:Location: Based in Barcelona, Valencia, Murcia, or Andalusia.Languages: Fluency in Spanish and Ukrainian (or Russian). English is a strong plus.Experience: 1+ years in active sales (B2B or FMCG experience is a priority).Mobility: Valid driver's license and access to a car. Readiness for business trips.Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools. xiphtebSoft Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-organization, and a result-oriented mindset.
