We are looking for a Video Art Director – Freelance to join our team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
As part of the Operations team, you will play a key role to ensure the successful execution of client projects while contributing to their continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Video Art Director specialized in audiovisual content to collaborate with us on one of our internal projects. A professional who can lead the creative direction of video, ensure brand consistency, and act as the creative authority during production.
Reporting to the Creativity Manger, your main responsibilities will include:
* Direct the conceptual and visual aspects of video productions: moodboards, storyboards, look and feel.
* Review audiovisual deliverables before client delivery, ensuring brand consistency and creative quality.
* Collaborate with the editing team and the Creativity Manager on B2B marketing projects.
* Adapt the visual language to the tone and needs of each client.
Background & Skills:
• Solid experience in art direction applied to video (not editing).
• Knowledge of formats for social media and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong brand sensitivity and ability to adapt the visual language to each client.
• Availability within European working hours (coordination with a team based in Barcelona).
• Modality: freelance, project-based collaboration.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools applied to video production (Runway, Sora, Midjourney, or similar).
Nice to have
* Experience in an agency environment with tech or FMCG clients.
