What do you need to fulfill this job?
1. We are seeking a Customer Journey Expert for the Investment & Funds Entrusted area to assist in migrating our broker platform to a new back office system, enabling seamless customer processes and facilitating faster future developments.
2. Collaborate closely with an agile ING team responsible for developing, launching, and maintaining an attractive product and service value proposition that maximizes customer satisfaction, minimizes complexity, and maintains high-quality standards.
3. Define, select, and analyze data to gather insights that improve decision-making processes.
4. Translate business needs into detailed requirements for implementation, covering user experience, non-functional requirements, and back office processes. Set up roadmaps, resolve impediments, and ensure all use cases are properly tested before deployment.
5. Maintain a close relationship with the technical team to establish a bidirectional relationship between IT and Business, aiming to build a robust broker platform with improved customer journeys.
6. Contribute to supporting the adoption of cybersecurity practices to effectively protect our customers against digital risks.
7. Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Legal stakeholders to ensure all ING products and services comply with relevant regulations and policies.
