In this role you will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for manufacturing data solutions within Roche’s pharma operations. You will translate scientific and business needs into strategic product vision and roadmaps, aligning with regulatory and organizational goals. You drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-value, compliant digital solutions that enable real-time data, analytics, and decision making on the shop floor. You shape products that empower internal users, scale across sites, and continuously improve manufacturing processes. A key hook is integrating AI capabilities to accelerate diagnostics and medicines delivery in a global, regulated environment.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in product management or related role with launched technology products
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated healthcare tech
• 2+ years xpzdshu with pharmaceutical manufacturing IT solutions
• 1+ years in leadership managing multidisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of product discovery and development lifecycle
• Familiarity with GxP, FAIR data principles, and GDPR
• Understanding of modern software architecture (microservices, APIs, cloud)
• Knowledge of data science and AI/ML concepts is a plus
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to translate business/scientific goals into a concrete roadmap
