National Culture Marketing Manager (Music & Dance) Red Bull Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain
The National Culture Marketing Manager has the overall strategic and operative responsibility for the Culture Marketing program in the region with the aim of building brand relevance within the playgrounds of music, dance and art. The role translates the global Culture Marketing strategy into a national strategy and creates a locally relevant and impactful program. He/she builds and maintains a strong network of artists and creative opinion leaders, develops new concepts, evaluates the effectiveness and impact of existing programs, and aligns with brand marketing, communications and sales. The work contributes to the overall national marketing and business goals in line with the international marketing strategy.
All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:
Culture Projects & Programs
Translate the International Culture Strategy into a national Red Bull Culture program, implementing and creating concepts relevant to the local market and driving sales impact.
Create and execute high-quality events of all scales and leverage existing international projects.
Plan and execute an efficient third-party events program.
Be the culture expert within the region, understanding what is relevant in the culture landscape.
Cement Red Bull as a leader in culture by ensuring creative quality, consistency, and relevance across all initiatives.
Integrate our can into all culture events and content.
Artist Programs
Cultivate a rich network in culture and music to stay aware of new trends and movements.
Establish a strong portfolio of artists to work with on various projects.
Maintain a tight network with local music entities (labels, agents, bookers, etc.).
Ensure involved artists are product lovers and share in social media.
Quality Control
Manage high-quality pre- and post-campaign/event KPI tracking and evaluate results and impact of all activities, translating into learnings.
People and Knowledge Management
Collaborate with leaders to ensure training and development in the field.
Empower regional leaders with guidelines, tools, and insights.
Hire and lead an experienced team, setting clear expectations and standards.
Promote high performance by driving strengths-based development and working toward goals.
Identify and train employees for succession opportunities.
Create a team culture that reflects Red Bull values, rewards effort, and celebrates outcomes.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
7+ years of experience in a creative-based role (editorial, record label, agency, management, etc.) working directly with talent on deadline-driven projects.
University degree or multiple years of working experience in a professional business environment.
Experience dealing with artists and related entities (labels, management, etc.) as well as brand partnerships.
Strong management skills, leading a team of specialists and external agencies/freelancers.
Clear understanding of global entertainment, music and culture industry, and youth culture market and scenes in the country.
Spanish speaker, fluent English (written and spoken).
Proven ability to think strategically about building target consumer engagement.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Clear business orientation.
Ability to work well within a large, international organization.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for the Red Bull brand and lifestyle.
Agile, team player who gets the work done.
