This role will act as a key business partner, driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making.

The Financial

Controller will leverage ITW Toolbox principles to drive growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities Operating Analysis and Planning Deliver short and long-term financial forecasting and planning. Support on driving optimization on working capital by improving inventory turnover, DSO, and DPO. Provide financial support for new product development (CBI), including costing, pricing, and post-launch performance tracking. Support on evaluating investment opportunities.

Financial

Reporting and Controls Oversee the monthly closing process and prepare financial statements and analysis. Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies.

Strategic

Planning communicating effectively to foster a culture of engagement, cascading vision, creating goal alignment, and coaching through feedback, development planning and performance management. Master's Degree in Finance required (or equivalent work experience). ~6+ years of demonstrated experience in financial reporting and analysis, cost reduction, inventory control, tracking and managing costs against a budget, and tracking P&L; results required. ~ Ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. ~ Strong IT knowledge with excellent computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and General Ledger applications). ~ Contract type: permanent.
