Responsibilities
* Support the planning, design, purchase, and implementation of improvements to manufacturing equipment and systems.
* Assist in executing specific manufacturing projects to meet safety standards, production targets, and product specifications.
* Apply basic knowledge of manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance equipment performance and process efficiency.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of manufacturing standards and work methods.
* Utilize continuous improvement tools to identify and implement process enhancements.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support project goals and timelines.
* Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business and manufacturing objectives.
* Perform primarily office-based work, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Qualifications
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build partnerships and work effectively across teams; C1 English proficiency required to engage with global stakeholders (Spanish fluency preferred if applicable).
* Proven industrial experience, capable of interpreting technical drawings and supporting process design improvements.
* Solid foundation in health and safety principles, actively promoting a culture of safety through proactive behavior and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Relevant academic background, preferably in Engineering, and located within 45 minutes or 50 km of Guadalajara, Castilla-La Mancha.
Education & Experience
* College, university, or degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) or related field, or equivalent experience required.
