Experteer Overview As an MSL, you will advance Lundbeck's medical strategy across Iberia in neurology and psychiatry. You will partner with Area Managers, Sales, and Market Access to shape annual medical plans and support evidence-based STEM discussions with healthcare professionals. You will serve as a scientific reference, support clinical practice improvements, and ensure ethical, compliant medical communications. - Collaborate with Area Managers, Sales Representatives and Market Access to develop and execute medical work plans for Iberia
- accompany colleagues on key customer visits to discuss scientific topics when needed
- act as a scientific reference for external experts and support initiatives that improve clinical practice and patient outcomes
- maintain rigorous medical communication with adherence to ethical principles, regulations and internal processes
- identify clinical needs and environmental trends to inform internal medical strategies
- contribute to shaping the future of care for patients living with brain diseases across Iberia

- A degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology or another life sciences field
- minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or within pharmaceutical/healthcare industry
- proven ability to communicate scientific and medical information to diverse audiences
- experience collaborating with Sales and/or Market Access while maintaining scientific rigor and compliance
- demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and external stakeholders
- excellent communication and presentation skills to translate data into clinical insights
- proactive, self-driven mindset with high ethical standards and teamwork
