OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer (m/f/d) who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a dynamic, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first‑level technical support for Syntax Global Business Innovation (GBI)'s software solutions.
* Coordinate and manage support requests, ensuring timely, effective resolution and clear communication.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to analyze and resolve complex issues.
* Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to process improvement.
* Develop hands‑on understanding of enterprise environments and modern integration tools.
What We’re Looking For
* At least one year of experience.
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Genuine interest in technology, AI, and enterprise software. Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams and clients. Proactive, detail‑oriented, and open to learning new programming languages and systems.
* A growth mindset and enthusiasm for developing your career in technology.

Nationality or Work Authorization: Spanish or Portuguese nationality, or alternatively a permanent work permit/VISA for Spain or Portugal.
