Position Summary
The Reporting Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the overall business and Accounts Receivable function(s) through accurate data management, reporting execution, and operational support.
This role is responsible for preparing, maintaining, and refreshing recurring reports, extracting and validating data from SAP and other systems, and ensuring data integrity. The Analyst will partner closely with their Finance Manager to deliver timely, accurate insights that support collections' performance, financial visibility, and broader business reporting needs.
This is a highly detail-oriented, execution-focused role that requires strong Excel skills, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Data Management
Prepare, refresh, and maintain recurring reports
Extract data from SAP and other systems, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Validate and reconcile data across multiple sources prior to distribution
Support the preparation of weekly and monthly reporting packages
Assist with and/or maintain master budget data
Excel & Analysis
Utilize advanced Excel functions to organize and analyze data
Maintain and improve reporting templates to enhance usability and efficiency
Identify data inconsistencies and troubleshoot causes
Cross-Functional Support
Assist with day-to-day data needs across Finance and Operations, including reporting updates, data pulls, and validation
Support and prioritize ad hoc data and reporting requests from leadership and field teams
Escalate data discrepancies or system issues as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, data analysis, or similar role
Bachelor's degree related, Finance, Accounting, Economy, etc.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Efective communication skills, both written and verbal in English
Customer service mindset with a collaborative approach
High level of professionalism and service in all interactions
Visa necessity due to in-person team meetings that we try to plan once a year
