Our Offer
* Competitive salary starting at 20.600€ gross/year plus commission, with potential earnings from 200€ to 600€+ per month based on sales performance.
* Standard company iPad & uniform provided.
* Workweek of 39 hours with at least 1.5 days off, possibly 2 depending on the role and destination.

Job Responsibilities

* Monitor sales, service updates, and guest feedback; celebrate successes and address issues proactively.
Candidate Profile
* Passionate about guest satisfaction and creating unforgettable experiences.
* Quick learner, eager to master role-specific technology and tools.
* Motivated, target-driven, with a positive attitude and excellent customer care skills.
* Calm under pressure, proactive in problem-solving, and able to adapt communication style.
* Possess a driving license, own a car, and fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
