Job Responsibility:
Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, the candidate will be an organized person with attention to detail and good communication skills.
Creation and coordination of in-store animations with the aim of achieving perfect execution according to the guidelines of our HQ in France.
Sending briefs to suppliers: production and/or local assembly of window displays, gondola headers, podiums...
Management and tracking of material orders to suppliers, clients, and sales teams.
Coordination with logistics, commercial, Marketing teams...
Continuous monitoring of the competition on/off line.
Weekly preparation of PPT presentations of the actions carried out.
Sending graphic materials and guides to suppliers to prepare for launches.
Profile:
PROFILE NEEDED:
MAIN STUDIES: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PPT.
LANGUAGES: Advanced English and Spanish; French is a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Previous experience will be considered a plus.
OTHERS: It is necessary to be able to sign a university agreement for a minimum period of 6 extendable months. Full-time internship.
