✍️ WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? ✍️
We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Consultant with proven experience managing complex and cross-functional environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with the ability to work across logistics (MM) and sales (SD) integrations.
Key requirements:
* Solid experience in SAP FI : Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Assets (AM), Treasury (TR)
* Strong experience in SAP CO : controlling expenses and revenues, investment management via WBS/PEP elements
* Experience in integration scenarios with MM and SD modules
* Proven experience in multinational environments (localizations, taxes, corporate reporting)
* Ability to interact directly with financial business stakeholders (Key Users, Finance Managers)
* Process-oriented mindset: focus on process quality, system scalability, and long-term stability
* Experience supporting legal/financial changes in ECC and S/4HANA projects
* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Fluent English (mandatory)
Nice to have:
* Experience in full S/4HANA Finance implementations
* Exposure to large-scale finance transformation projects
* Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Support legal and regulatory changes in the current SAP ECC environment
* Participate in S/4HANA projects, including finance core processes and integration with MM and SD
* Ensure cross-module integration between Finance, Logistics, and Sales flows
* Provide guidance and support to Key Users and Finance Managers
* Maintain high standards in process quality, system stability, and scalability
* Contribute to the design and evolution of SAP FICO processes, ensuring alignment with corporate requirements
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and support change management initiatives
