Job Responsibilities:
* Administration and management of all technological systems and information manuals with support from external companies.
* Responsible for accounting tasks.
* Managing internal and external correspondence for the workshop and banks.
* Planning and organizing the daily agenda of management.
* Preparation of important documents and expedients.
* Protection and safeguarding of the company's confidential documents.
* Preparation of daily reports and other essential documentation.
* Organizing information required for financial meetings, presentations, and support materials.
* Recording important information for future reference and maintaining event records.
* Administrative management of staff on behalf of the Country Manager, including acting as the company spokeswoman.
* Official title in accounting.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, French, and Spanish at a high level.
* Proficiency in technological tools and internet usage.
* Ability to work under pressure and handle unforeseen situations.
* Strong organizational and planning skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Experience in a similar role.
