GreetingsWe are Hiring RAN expert in SpainRemote workWilling to work on 11 shifts (Rotation) (Shifts will have extra payment)Remote workHere is the summary for RANRAN / Quality Expert (3 FTE)Experience and Expertise (more than 10 years)- More than 10 years as NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RAN.- Experience in radio equipment in Nokia and Ericsson in the above mentioned technologies.- Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service, with extensive experience of RAN network management.- Solid knowledge in the support processes for Telefónica in the RAN Mobile Access area.- With knowledge of RAN in the protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc. that conform them.- With capacity of analysis, throubleshooting and solution proposal. Functions- Management of N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints and execution of BTPs.- Proposal of corrective actions for recurring problems.- NOC team management and quality analysis capacity.Tools- Systems for activity and job reception, incident management and BTPs : iGRI- Network Elements Management Systems: own of the RAN manufacturers involved.- Network and Fault Management Systems: OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA.- Case escalation: iGRI, CEX.- MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word Language- Spanish mandatory- English will be an asset.
