Digital Consumer Bank is looking for a Business Development Analyst, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.

What you will be doing
As a Business Development Analyst, you will, in cooperation with the local Insurance and CRM units, develop statistical analyses and models to support the business development of the DCB insurance business, such as:
* Customer Profiling, as an input for the Product Development, to develop the optimal protection offer for different customer segments.
* Purchase propensity models, to understand best fit between customer need and product for the different segments.
* Price sensitivity analysis, to ensure a high protection level is offered to our customers.
* Distant channels analytics (Telemarketing and Digital), as an input for the Distant Channels Manager.
* Ad hoc business development projects.
* Perform analytical tasks and initiatives on huge amounts of data to support data‑driven business decision and development.
* Build ML models and algorithms for solving real business cases using sophisticated analytical techniques.
Experience
At least 3 years of experience in CRM, data analytics or similar functions, ideally in an insurance company or in a Consumer finance company.
Education
University degree in Mathematics or Statistics, or demonstrated experience in statistical modelling.
Skills & Knowledge
General understanding of the insurance business in consumer finance. Capacity to work autonomously with the local Insurance and CRM units and to come up with own ideas for analyses and models that could help foster the business.
Languages
High proficiency in English and Spanish. Knowledge of other languages such as German or French will be valued positively.

+3 years of experience required. Education in Mathematics or Statistics preferred.
