The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO and shareholders, the CFO will act as a strategic financial partner, supporting the scaling of the company and ensuring rigorous financial management in a context of rapid growth and investment.
The role combines strategic finance, operational control and investor reporting, requiring both analytical rigour and strong communication with demanding stakeholders.
Location: Girona area (Spain) – flexible working model.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
* Prepare high-quality financial reporting for management, board and shareholders
* Monitor business performance, cash flow and key financial KPIs
* Provide analysis and insights to support executive decision making
* Treasury, Banking & Financing
* Manage treasury and liquidity planning in a growth environment
* Lead relationships with banks and financial institutions
* Support financing strategies linked to the company’s expansion plan
* Investment & Performance Analysis
* Monitor CAPEX and OPEX in a context of significant investment
* Support investment decisions through financial modelling and scenario analysis
* Analyse profitability across assets, projects and business units
* Oversee accounting and tax coordination with internal teams and external advisors
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and reporting
* Coordinate audit processes and strengthen financial controls and systems
Profile
We are looking for a hands-on and strategic CFO profile, comfortable operating in high-growth environments and interacting with institutional investors.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial discipline with the ability to act as a trusted partner to the CEO and board.
Requirements
* 7+ years of experience in corporate finance
* At least 3 years in a senior financial leadership role
* Experience in high-growth or investment-backed environments
* Strong expertise in business planning, executive reporting and debt management
* Excellent analytical and communication skills
* Experience in infrastructure, logistics, real estate or asset-intensive sectors will be considered a strong advantage.
