About the role:

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative Events & Community Manager to take full ownership of our global events program (both in-person and online) and drive awareness, engagement, and growth through impactful & memorable experiences.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage everything from high-impact sales events and industry conferences to our regular webinar series. You’ll also lead all communications surrounding these initiatives and ensure our brand voice is present and consistent across social channels and community touchpoints.

You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, CS, product and leadership teams to plan, promote, and deliver exceptional events that bring our brand to life and create lasting connections with our audience.

What You Will Do


* Plan, coordinate, and execute all global events—including sales activations, industry conferences, and online webinars—from concept through to post-event analysis.
* Manage all logistics related to events, including vendor coordination, venues, travel, registrations, materials, presentations and budget tracking.
* Own all external communication around events: announcements, reminders, follow-ups, and content recaps.
* Lead the planning, promotion, and hosting of webinars and virtual events, working closely with internal teams to secure speakers and define content.
* Manage and grow our presence across social media channels—creating and scheduling posts, engaging with our community, and driving traffic to key campaigns and events.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align event content with broader brand messaging and demand generation goals.
* Build and maintain event calendars, timelines, and checklists to ensure every detail is covered and every deadline met.
* Analyze event performance and gather feedback to improve future experiences.
* Support our team to be brand ambassadors at events—ensuring that the Marfeel experience is consistent, engaging, and professional.

This Is You

* 3+ years of experience managing events and/or webinars, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
* Fluent or bilingual in English. Spanish is a plus but not required for the role.
* A natural organizer with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* Confident managing end-to-end logistics, budgets, and timelines.
* Strong communicator with excellent writing skills and a knack for crafting clear, engaging messages.
* Experienced in using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram) to amplify brand presence and promote events.
* Comfortable speaking with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders across different time zones and functions.
* Creative thinker who loves coming up with new ways to connect with an audience.
* Able to remain calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly when things don’t go as planned.
