**Job Title**: IS Director - Supply Chain Program Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead the delivery of major transformation programs/projects within the scope of the of the Digital Supply Chain and Manufacturing
Define and run the governance of Programs, involving the relevant stakeholders and actors at the right moment in the right way
Lead the project/program through to approval, working with the relevant sponsor/owner to define project costs and the business case
Manage the activities of the different business, external & IS teams to deliver the program on time, scope and budget
Define and run the Change Management stream liaising with the internal IS Comms and Change Management teams as well as the SC PMO comms and change teams
Establish a clear communication and change management strategy including professional and scheduled communication
Manage the link with the relevant project owner/sponsor and stakeholders to ensure good involvement and awareness of progress, issues and risks
Provide effective coaching/mentoring in Business Transformation & Process Digitalisation to your team
**We Value**:
10-15 years project management experience, in the Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing areas
5+ years leadership experience leading general programs within SC and/or Manufacturing.
Strong expertise within Supply Chain Business Processes with a good background in SAP and IS project management.
Ability to convey complex concepts in relatable terms and to convince at all levels
Able to communicate clearly in written and spoken form with all levels of the organisation.
Self-motivated, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
English as working language, Spanish and/or French a bonus.
