Customer Service Specialist (French & English) – Industrial Sector
We are recruiting a Customer Service Specialist for a medium sized industrial company, nationally based and operating in international markets. The position is located in Sant Cugat del Vallès and offers a stable role in a family-owned company with an excellent working environment.
Your main responsibilities:
* Order management from receipt to delivery
* Follow-up of shipments and delivery dates
* Handling customer incidents and claims
* Coordination with factory and logistics teams
* Daily contact with customers in French and Spanish
* Collaboration with Sales, including a supportive commercial component
Your profile:
* +3 years of experience in Customer Service (industrial sector is a plus)
* Fluent French and English – both mandatory
* Other languages will be valued
* Highly organized, responsible and customer-oriented
* Strong communication skills and high adaptability
* Comfortable working in an international environment
