Overview

Dentsu and Santander are partnering to drive growth and prosperity by helping Small and Mid-sized Businesses access International Trade through a world-first, global platform and ecosystem of expertise, insight and connections. This role will be an important member of the team behind our platform’s launch and global success.

Position: B2B Community & Influencer Lead – a hands-on executor who hustles, builds networks, and actively engages with key stakeholders in real-time to drive business growth. The focus is on growing our business network, driving meaningful B2B engagement, and maximizing lead generation through social media channels. Experience with or within Chambers of Commerce is advantageous for building and managing a network of business professionals.


Responsibilities

* Social Media Strategy Execution & Hustle: Lead and execute a hands-on social media strategy focused on B2B networking, engagement, and growth through platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific forums. Actively participate in industry discussions and groups to connect with potential clients, partners, and influencers. Engage in real-time networking to promote offerings, generate leads, and build long-term relationships.
* Networking and Relationship Building: Build and maintain a robust network of contacts within target industries, leveraging social media and events to drive business conversations. Align social media activities with lead generation strategies with the sales team to cultivate new opportunities online. Engage with local and global business communities, especially through Chambers of Commerce, to build the brand’s presence and open doors for new connections.
* Lead Generation & Subscriber Acquisition: Implement social media campaigns designed to drive lead generation and attract new subscribers, including targeted outreach, content, and calls to action. Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads from social interactions, identifying opportunities and converting them into results. Use social media for inbound and outbound lead generation, guiding prospects through the buyer’s journey.
* Real-Time Content Creation & Engagement: Regularly create and share engaging content (posts, articles, videos) addressing B2B pain points and interests to promote discussions and connections. Tailor content for networking with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders. Participate in conversations, webinars, and online events to increase visibility and foster relationships.
* Event Promotion and Engagement: Promote and engage with in-person and virtual events (industry trade shows, Chamber of Commerce events, networking meetups) through social channels. Collaborate with internal teams to develop event-specific social strategies that drive registrations, participation, and engagement. Use social media to generate buzz before and during events to facilitate networking and attendee interaction.
* Performance Monitoring & Real-Time Reporting: Track, measure, and report on social media performance using analytics and KPIs. Adjust and optimize strategies based on real-time data. Report outcomes and provide insights to refine approaches for better results.
* Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership: Build online presence by sharing thought leadership content, engaging with influencers, and positioning the company as a key industry player. Identify opportunities to feature the company in relevant discussions, podcasts, and events. Build relationships with partners and industry organizations to expand brand reach.


Qualifications

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Certifications in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing are a plus.
* Experience: 5-7+ years in B2B social media management, lead generation, and networking within a business development environment. Proven networking skills with business leaders and decision-makers. Familiarity with Chambers of Commerce or industry networking groups is beneficial.
* Social Media Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other business-focused platforms and tools. Experience using these platforms for networking, lead generation, and driving business results.
* Lead Generation & Growth Focus: Track record in generating leads, building relationships, and driving growth through social media.
* Content Creation & Communication: Strong creation and communication skills to craft messages that resonate with B2B audiences.
* Project Management: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with ability to measure success and pivot strategies based on insights.
* Adaptability & Hustle: Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs and actively engage with stakeholders on social platforms.
* Languages: English proficiency is required.
