The Ice Cream business operates within a highly attractive category, part of the €1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, with consistent high growth. We own strong brands such as Wall’s, Magnum, Ben & Jerry’s, among others. We are investing to unlock the full potential of Ice Cream as an independent entity, planned for separation from Unilever by November 2025.
The Ice Cream division at Unilever is preparing to become a standalone company, focusing solely on this category with an expected valuation of EUR 8 billion by the end of 2025. This strategic move aims to capitalize on our unique frozen footprint, which we believe has significant growth potential as a dedicated business.

JOB PURPOSE:
Lead our Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team to drive innovation and elevate our business. Collaborate with global leaders and diverse teams to unlock your potential. If you enjoy working with data and digital transformation, this role is ideal for you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Be part of the DSC team, a new unit of over 40 FTE, pivotal in making the Ice Cream Company a Digital First organization.
* Establish a Reporting team responsible for all supply chain reports, initially 5 FTE WL1, expanding to 20. The team should have expertise in reporting tools (Power BI, Excel), data lake structures, data engineering, and supply chain basics.
* Promote the Reporting team as the primary source of standard supply chain reporting across the organization.
* Oversee migration of reports from Unilever’s systems to the new data lake and systems of the Ice Cream company.
* Transition from a local reporting landscape to a centralized, global-first approach.
* Collaborate with senior supply chain leadership to develop and standardize KPIs and metrics, ensuring consistent report usage.
* Consolidate scattered reporting functions into the DSC Reporting team.
* Support cross-functional teams with report development and improvements.
* Manage requests for report and dashboard modifications.
* Evaluate opportunities for report consolidation to minimize redundancy.
* Represent the reporting capability within the supply chain organization.
* Work with IT to integrate dashboards into SaaS and in-house solutions.
* Mentor and develop team members, fostering continuous improvement and innovation culture.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
* Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide a diverse team.
* Strategic planning and execution aligned with business goals.
* Excellent communication skills for liaising with IT, business, and leadership.
* Experience managing complex projects successfully.
* Expertise in Power BI, Excel, data lakes, and supply chain fundamentals.
* Analytical and problem-solving skills for supply chain challenges.
* Innovative mindset to improve reporting processes.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Supply Chain Management, IT, or related fields.
* At least 7 years in supply chain management, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
* Proven experience with digital supply chain tech, data management, and IT processes.
* Experience leading large-scale digital projects and cross-functional teams.
* Deep industry knowledge of supply chain best practices and emerging trends like AI and IoT.
