We are seeking an experienced and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team. As a key member of the product-first team, you will be responsible for elevating the brand's visual storytelling across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Creative Director and Design Team, participate in research and development of collection themes, inspirations, building a strong understanding of seasonal direction from early stages.
- Collaborate with Buyer/Planner in building seasonal assortments of buying.
- Create category merchandising guidance for direct physical retail, direct ecommerce & wholesale accounts to improve sell-in storytelling & commercial clarity per monthly drops.
- Work closely with Wholesale team ensuring seasonal wholesale collection offer aligns with brand direction, priorities & market opportunity.
- Support wholesale presentations with category logic, styling suggestions & trend-backed recommendations.
This role is focused on combining creative input with analytical mindset to drive ongoing brand growth. Your exceptional commercial product eye will bring together style sensibility & commercial results across various channels including e-commerce photoshoots collaborative work w/Creative Team; Retail visual merchandising planning/product styling;
& Commercial offering driving editorial coverage through press strategy.
The selected candidate must have proven experience as stylist/trend forecasting within fashion (multi-category). The individual should understand what drives conversion,
sell-through,customer desire,yet,broad vision such that they can tell compelling stories about products without ever losing sight.
