What do you need to join this project? Language: English (B2–C1) Location: Barcelona, Spain Hybrid model. Your Main Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities (market prospecting) Ensure project staffing needs are met with the right talent Manage and grow your team of consultants Handle client tenders and commercial proposals Lead recruitment processes for consultants Manage and monitor the P&L of your business unit Your Profile 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (e.G. Business Manager, Account Manager, Recruitment Consultant). Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills across different seniority levels Highly driven, collaborative, and results-oriented, with the ability to overcome challenges and close deals.
