At Ayvens we have an opening for a Senior Delivery Manager – Leasing Services
As our new Senior Delivery Manager – Leasing Services, you will ensure structure, transparency, and predictable delivery across our Leasing Services digital product portfolio. You will oversee delivery progress, capacity, dependencies, and performance, enabling informed decision-making for business and technology stakeholders. You will also optimize resource allocation, promote Agile and ITIL practices, coordinate onshore/offshore teams and vendor partners, and act as people manager for part of the engineering team.
Your responsibilities include:
* Ensure visibility on delivery progress, alignment on priorities, and support Agile (Scrum/Kanban) ways of working
* Monitor team capacity and support optimal resource allocation
* Support ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Service Level Management)
* Coordinate delivery with offshore/nearshore partners and ensure KPIs/SLA adherence
* Align with stakeholders across Product, Architecture, Platform, and Engineering
* Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
* Maintain reporting cadence covering KPIs, SLAs, risks, progress, and budget status
* Support quality initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
* Provide line management for 8 internal employees and 5 contractors
* Support project initiation, portfolio planning, and financial forecasting
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is a structured, collaborative delivery leader who can manage complex cross-team environments, partner with stakeholders globally, and ensure predictable outcomes across Run and Change activities.
You should have:
* 8+ years in software delivery, service, or project leadership roles
* Experience working with distributed teams and managed service partners
* Strong background in Agile delivery and ITIL-based service management
* Knowledge of engineering practices (CI/CD, APIs/microservices, cloud—Azure)
* Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira, plus ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
* Relevant degree (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Relevant certifications: PSM/CSM and ITIL v4 Foundation (required); PMP/PRINCE2, SAFe/RTE, Azure (preferred)
* Fluent English (mandatory)
