The Role

We seek an experienced dynamic account manager with extensive experience in channel building and understanding cooperation models with partners like system integrators (SIS) and independent software developers (ISVs). The role must be familiar with major customers' purchasing processes in EU and establish stable cooperative relationships with major KAs in European Countries.

Job Responsibilities

* Develop Execute Sales Strategies
* Formulate implement regional sales plans to achieve sales targets increase market share of TCL commercial display products in local market.
* Customer Management Development
* Manage develop key commercial display clients establish maintain strong customer relationships create benchmark cases.
* Collaborate team build manage regional sales channel network develop clients like System Integrators (SI) Independent Software Vendors (ISV).
* Marketing Campaign Planning
* Plan execute marketing promotion activities generate potential leads drive regional sales performance.
* Market Analysis Competitive Monitoring
* Collect analyze market information monitor activities strategies competitors within region.

Job Requirements

* Education Experience
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* Over 10 years sales experience in commercial display industry including at least 3 years sales team management experience.
* Customer Management Skills
* Proven experience successfully developing managing key accounts.
* Familiarity procurement processes decision-making mechanisms major clients.
* Professional Skills
* Excellent market analysis judgment abilities.
* Outstanding communication interpersonal skills.
* Service Orientation
* Strong customer service mindset proactive attitude effectively resolve customer issues.
* Personal Attributes
* High sense responsibility accountability.
* Strong ability handle pressure.
* Willingness accommodate frequent domestic international travel.
* Preferred Qualifications
* Candidates sales sales management experience from commercial display departments Samsung LG Philips Sharp NEC in Europe highly preferred.
