An ambitious, forward-thinking Swiss Dermatology company offers an exciting career opportunity for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Madrid.
Stratpharma has experienced tremendous growth in the European market over the past 5 years and aims to strengthen its team in Spain to continue this success.
The company currently has 8 products on the market, with 5 more in development, expanding an already strong portfolio.
The Assistant Sales Manager will work with the General Manager Spain to deliver performance results within designated geographical areas and build on existing business.
The successful candidate will promote innovative Aesthetic and Medical Dermatology products introduced to the Spanish market several years ago.
Responsibilities
* Achieve and surpass individual territory sales and revenue goals
* Provide education and training to account staff
* Prepare and present business proposals, including account metrics and benchmarks
* Identify key customers and thought leaders within the territory
* Deploy resources effectively to maximize business impact
* Develop detailed account plans for strategic customers
* Manage territory budget
* Contribute to the market strategy with the Country Manager
* Assist in managing and developing the sales team
Sales Skills
* Execute the sales process effectively
* Deliver organized and impactful sales presentations
* Demonstrate extensive product and competitive knowledge
Organization & Time Management
* Plan territory routing independently to ensure coverage
* Submit reports, expenses, and business plans accurately and promptly
* Prioritize daily activities based on business impact
Customer Relations
* Adopt a customer-centric approach in planning and sales
* Identify customer needs and provide relevant information and resources
* Leverage knowledge of key customers and opinion leaders in plastic surgery
* Build long-term strategic relationships with core clients
Requirements
* At least 2 years of medical promotion experience in Aesthetics and Dermatology; experience in Gynecology, Radiotherapy, or Wound Care is advantageous
* Experience promoting OTC products
* Call points include hospitals, pharmacies, aesthetic clinics, and medical professionals
* Sales experience with prescription devices or drugs is advantageous
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently
* Proven success in medical promotion
* University degree
