You will supervise an international team throughout the project, ensuring work quality, site safety, and compliance with deadlines. /ppbr/ppstrongKey responsibilities: /strong /pulliDaily organization of industrial painting tasks: surface preparation, application, visual inspections. /liliOperational management of subcontractor teams. /liliCommunication with on-site quality and HSE supervisors. /liliMonitoring productivity, material consumption, and project progress. /liliParticipation in coordination meetings with subcontractors and the end client. /liliEnsuring compliance with HSE, ISO, and offshore/marine standards and procedures. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliEducation: higher technician or similar in mechanics, industrial painting, maintenance, etc. /liliLanguages: fluent or native Spanish (mandatory) ability to communicate in English with basic expressions. /liliExperience around two years in industrial painting, ideally in marine/offshore environments. /liliKnowledge of anti-corrosion systems, metallization, blasting, and surface preparation. /liliExperience in structured and international environments is highly valued. /liliSoft skills: leadership and strong organizational skills, intercultural communication, adaptability and teamwork. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongConditions: /strong /pulliFull-time permanent contract. /liliCompetitive conditions and growth opportunities in an international environment. /liliSalary: confidential. /li /ul
