As IT Europe Order to Cash business Analyst you will be joining our dynamic Europe Order to Cash (O2C) IT team, working closely with Sales departments.
The team is highly motivated, collaborative, and committed to deliver excellence in their respective areas across the European zone.

What will be your day to day?The IT Europe Business analyst bridges business needs and product capabilities. You will analyze processes, capture requirements, design functional specifications, and configure standard rules within our core template framework.
Business Partnership
Act as the primary IT point of contact for the Supply Chain and Sales stakeholders
Gather, analyze, challenge business requirements
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Solution Design
Translate business needs into functional specifications.
Conduct workshop with business
Write functional specifications and maintain documentation
Configure the SAP SD and LE modules to optimize the O2C flow (Order management, Pricing, Shipping, Picking, Packing, Billing...)
Validate configuration through testing & scenarios
Coordination
Pilot enhancement and small projects, ensuring respect for timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Work with cross-IT from other platforms and integration teams
Run
Provide level 4 support for complex issues, and proactively propose process optimizations
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Suggest optimizations to processes and user experience
And what are the main challenges in this position?Strategic AlignmentDefine and execute the IT roadmap in alignment with global and zone strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration with IT and Business stakeholders. Participate actively and influence on the ongoing TOM (Target Operating Model) Ops&Fin transformation, reshaping the domain according to the to-be organization.
Operational OptimizationEnsure quality delivery of your teams. Drive innovation and efficiency in Forecast & Procurement processes through IT solutions.
Manage Team organizationEnsure the harmonization of WOW, optimization and development of resources in the 3 products under your scope: MyMarket (indirect purchasing), France, Supply Chain optimization. (including the MM resources working for the other products)
You'll stand out if you have the following skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Expertise in SAP SD: Deep knowledge of Sales, Shipping, and Billing processes, including pricing procedures and document flows. Strong leadership and team management skills in cross‐functional environments.
Strong Skillset in SAP LE: Proficiency in Logistics Execution, specifically outbound delivery processing, picking/packing strategies, and basic knowledge of Shipment management.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to map complex business processes and identify potential bottlenecks or risks.
