The future is what we make it. The CSTSC will develop collaborative technical relationships with customer prospects and develop solutions to meet their needs. This work includes architecting, designing, and presenting the market-leading Honeywell ICS solutions/Portfolio, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and proposals. This individual will possess a combination of technical depth in the areas of Industrial Process Control, Industrial Networking, and Industrial Cyber Security.
Honeywell is seeking a Cyber Security Technical Solution Consultant or Cyber Solutions Architect in Madrid, Spain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead in identifying and generating opportunities for various corporate accounts.
2. Foster client satisfaction and develop customer relationships through participation in trade shows, seminars, etc.
3. Develop market knowledge on cybersecurity solutions.
4. Understand customers’ business goals, operating objectives, and requirements.
5. Serve as the primary technical contact for external and internal stakeholders.
6. Lead customer-facing demonstrations.
7. Assist in Proof of Concepts.
8. Translate RFI/RFQ/RFP into Honeywell solutions.
9. Collaborate with regional peers in territory planning and forecasting to grow the business.
10. Work with product line managers and product owners to provide market intelligence and feedback.
11. Support operational managers and the sales team to exceed sales targets with technical expertise.
Must Have
* BSc in engineering, IT, or equivalent, or security certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GICSP, or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in cybersecurity solutions architecture or technical sales within security or networking environments.
* Excellent spoken and written skills in Spanish, English; French or Italian is a plus.
* Technical writing skills.

* Ability to travel up to 40% internationally within Southern Europe (Spain, Portugal, Italy, France).
* Analytical, proactive, and reactive skills, with good listening and influencing abilities.
* OT Cybersecurity background and standards knowledge.
* Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Visio, and networking background.
