Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient distribution of Persán products by managing transportation operations and warehouse stock levels, meeting quality standards while minimizing logistics costs.
- Manage national and international transportation, stock availability, order processing, and incident resolution.
- Analyze stock levels, anticipate shortages, and coordinate shipments to logistics operators or customer warehouses.
- Make decisions in cases of truck shortages and evaluate alternative transport agencies.
- Perform external warehouse inventory checks and analyze differences between SAP stock and physical stock.
- Monitor service levels of customers, logistics operators, and transport companies, preparing reports and improvement plans.
- Coordinate with Planning to ensure product availability for shipments.
- Collaborate with Cost, Finance, Commercial, Quality, and Planning teams to support logistics operations.
- Maintain and update logistics data sheets and ensure correct information flow to operators.
- Maintain continuous communication with transport providers to resolve incidents and improve operations.
Requirements
- Previous professional experience (any field).
- Intermediate–advanced level (B2) in English and French is a plus.
- Valuable: complementary training or a Master’s in International Trade, including knowledge of Incoterms, customs management, and maritime transport.
