Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in the aeronautic or automotive industryStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesExtensive knowledge in APQP, crisis management, lean manufacturing, non-conformities, ToW, NPI, process, and industrializationAll work or study experience abroad is valuedProficiency in English (at least B2);
