About the role As part of our IT team, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our technology systems and provide day-to-day support to colleagues across the organization. You will work closely with users, vendors and different departments, gaining hands-on experience in IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity, infrastructure and digital transformation projects. Main responsibilities • Provide first-line IT support to internal users • Manage and resolve technical incidents and service requests • Support Microsoft 365 administration and user management • Assist with hardware, software and device setup • Help maintain IT assets and equipment inventory • Support cybersecurity and data protection initiatives • Assist with network, connectivity and system-related issues • Document solutions and contribute to continuous improvement projects What are we looking for? • Degree or vocational training in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Networks or a related field • Fluent Spanish and a good command of English (minimum B2) • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments and general IT support tools • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Service-oriented mindset and willingness to help others • Organized, proactive and eager to learn • Previous experience in IT support is welcome but not essential What do we offer? • Full-time position based at our Headquarters in Tarragona (Spain) • International and multicultural working environment • Private health insurance • Hands-on training and professional development opportunities • Exposure to modern business technologies and digital transformation initiatives • Opportunity to work across multiple departments and business functions If you are passionate about technology and want to develop your career in a growing international company, we would love to hear from you.
