Seguros is a key development line within BBVA Italy and Germany's Business team.
You will be part of the team responsible for building the digital insurance portfolio for BBVA in Italy and Germany, consolidating and evolving the current value proposition in Italy and developing the proposal for BBVA Germany.
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and/or knowledge:
* At least 5 years in similar roles: project management/account management for insurance products.
* Highly valued: experience and knowledge of legal considerations for digital insurance products in Europe.
* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or demonstrable experience in a similar role or position.
* Languages: Advanced English; Spanish, Italian, or German are desirable.
Capabilities:
* Business-oriented thinking.
* Project management with understanding of software development language.
* Analytical thinking and interpretation of KPIs, dashboards, user metrics, and funnels (Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, analytical tools, Excel is a plus).
* Understanding of user experience principles and interface design.
* Strong skills in personal management, including time management, planning, prioritization, responsiveness, multitasking, and flexibility.
* Leadership and teamwork.
* Focus on ethics, integrity, and compliance.
* Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

**About the job:**
Main Tasks:
* Support in strategy for incorporating new products into the Insurance portfolio.
* Project management: responsible for integrating new products into the Insurance portfolio, including requirement analysis, RFP support, partner onboarding, project sizing, task definition, impact analysis, and managing timelines and priorities.
* Internal coordination with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risks, CRM, BI, Design, Research, and Marketing teams for proper product integration.
* Manage the insurance partner: ensure proper business development and relationship management; monitor daily operations and performance objectives.
* Reporting for executive committees: generate reports, extract insights, and prepare presentations on P&L and business performance.
