As our Broker Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—leading transformation, shaping strategy, and building lasting relationships with brokers and key stakeholders. You’ll drive performance, and ensure our operational goals align with business success.Your new role :
Designing and executing annual operational strategies and budgetsLeading cross-functional teams and managing third-party relationshipsRepresenting operations in high-level committees and decision-making forumsDriving continuous improvement and innovation across systems and processesEnsuring compliance, governance, and audit readinessChampioning a service-oriented culture and inspiring high-performing teamsAbout youYou’ll thrive in this role if you have :
