Right now, we are looking for a **Jr Adv Service Desk Analyst** to join our Team! You will be the key person for solving any technical difficulty which may arise and support our Globers.
- You will get the chance to:_
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Advise users on appropriate action
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Redirect problems to correct resource
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Be up to date with system information, changes and updates Be Security oriented
