About the RoleWe are seeking a Relationship Manager to drive client engagement, retention, and trading activity. This role focuses on managing new and existing clients, reactivating dormant accounts, and maximizing long-term client value.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for existing clientsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and trading activityAnalyze client behavior to identify opportunities for increased engagement, deposits, and trading volumeProactively re-engage inactive or dormant clientsKeep clients informed of promotions, campaigns, and market updatesCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams on retention strategiesMonitor client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely mannerAchieve KPIs related to retention, reactivation, and client activity
Qualifications & Requirements~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.~1–3 years of experience in Client Retention, Sales, or Account Management (Forex/industry preferred).~ Strong knowledge of financial markets and trading platforms (MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 preferred).~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
multilingual abilities (English, Chinese, German, etc.) are a plus.~ Ability to analyze client activity and develop effective engagement strategies.~ Results-driven, with proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.~ Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.~ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
