Experteer Overview In this role you will manage a portfolio of global publishers to drive revenue and loyalty, aligning with ExoClick’s publishing goals. You will work closely with the Head of Publishing and the OpenWeb Team to hit revenue KPIs, using internal tools to optimize performance. The position combines sales and account management, emphasizing long-term contracts, excellent client experience, and cross-functional collaboration. - Manage relationships with a portfolio of 25–40 global publishers
- Develop and grow revenue to meet quarterly KPIs
- Leverage internal tools to optimize performance and loyalty
- Report portfolio status to Head of Publishing and OpenWeb Team Manager
- Negotiate long-term contracts and build credibility with clients
- Identify publisher needs and translate them into actionable plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support advertiser and publisher goalsResponsabilidades
- 2+ years of online sales/digital marketing experience
- Experience in account management achieving revenue goals
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Strong knowledge of ad networks or platforms
- Technical skills: HTML, JavaScript tags, Analytics tools
- Understanding of ad models: CPC, CPM, CPA, CPV
- Good communicator, negotiator, and team player
- Ability to identify publisher needs quickly
