Digital Campus - IAM IT Operation and Service Manager
Airbus Helicopters (Albacete, Spain)

We are looking for an IAM IT Operations and Service Manager to join the Identity and Access Management PSL (Product Service Line) in Albacete, Spain. The IAM PSL is part of IM (Information Management), in the Infrastructures & Digital Platforms department.

Identity and Access Management (IAM) products enable our internal and external users to be properly identified, authenticated and authorized to access Airbus Helicopters and Airbus Group Applications. The AH IAM PSL delivers and deploys the solution, products and services with end‐to‐end accountability. We will manage the product lifecycle, developing the products and operating them in close relationships with Airbus Group.

Our Access IT products sustain Authentication, Single Sign‐On (SSO), Multi‐Factor Authentication (MFA), Encryption and digital certificates. Identity IT Products sustain User management (Provisioning/Deprovisioning, Privileged accounts, Recertification, ...) and Directory services (Identity Directory, Metadata Synchronization, ...).

The IAM IT Products are mainly PingIdentity products (PingFederate and PingID), F5 Big‐IP and Microsoft PKI for Access, and Active Directory, Identity Management and OneLogin for Identity. Automation is run on Ansible; Cyber IAM is based on Oradad, PingCastle and Silvefort; Incident and Change management on ServiceNow. The compliance dashboard uses Palantir Foundry.

The role of an Identity and Access Management IT operator is to work with the IM Airbus Helicopters organization. Your job will be to act as an Access IT Operation specialist and serve as backup for the Access Products Managers when required.

Responsibilities

Support & run operations: perform ITIL‐based support processes including incident, problem, change, configuration and event management.

Analyse error messages, diagnose system failures and take corrective action to ensure continuity of operations, escalating to other technical teams (L3) and vendors as necessary.

Perform daily checks, troubleshooting, and propose improvements to known processes.

Cover all activities and operational tasks for the restricted perimeter.

Act as the technical backup for the F5 and Access Product Managers.

Lead change executions on Access Products with external administrators.

Perform and maintain scripting; develop and maintain automated tasks.

Monitor automated tasks, notify in case of issues and resolve automation incidents.

Monitor system logs and alerts, investigate and respond to potential security incidents.

Perform daily requests and troubleshoot on the Analytics Dashboard for the targeted Customer Center and Mother Company.

Communicate improvements, updates and obsolescence management of products to the local IT at Customer Centers.

Qualifications

Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

0 to 3 years of experience as an IT Operator or System/Network Administrator; ideally experience in Identity and Access Management in an industrial context.

Knowledge of the ITIL framework (ServiceNow experience is a plus).

Knowledge of modern authentication and authorization concepts and protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2, RADIUS, MFA).

Basic understanding of networking and application delivery (F5 BIG‐IP concepts: VIPs, Pools, SNAT, SSL/TLS certificate management, and HTTP traffic analysis).

Knowledge of scripting and automation languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Ansible) and familiarity with Java syntax for OGNL expressions.

Self‐driven, motivated, constantly learning and creative.

Ability to act autonomously and as a strong team player.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Team spirit, service spirit and accountability are key values for this position.

Problem‐solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

Fluent in English; French is a plus.
