This is a strategically significant leadership role responsible for overseeing financial performance across a regional scope. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring financial rigor, commercial insight, and effective governance to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
The role requires a forward-thinking finance leader who can balance strategic influence with operational oversight, while leading and developing an international finance team.
Key responsibilities
* Act as a business partner to shape business strategy, investment decisions, and performance objectives
* Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational priorities
* Deliver accurate and timely management reporting, offering actionable insight and challenge where appropriate
* Strengthen financial controls, risk management and governance frameworks
* Evaluate capital allocation, major projects, and strategic initiatives from a financial and value-creation perspective
* Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability
Candidate Profile
* Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
* 12+ years in progressive senior finance roles within international, multi-layered organizations
* Demonstrated success in executive-level business partnering and influencing strategic decisions
* Strong leadership background with experience managing international or remote teams
* Commercially astute with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic insight
* Deep understanding of financial governance, compliance, and risk management
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
