About the Role
At Flywire, we're transforming the way travel businesses manage and optimise global payments. The Senior Client Success Manager will work closely with Sales, Implementation, Product and Support teams to help clients maximise the value of Flywire's solutions while identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships and increase revenue across the existing client base.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Travel clients across EMEA
Manage a portfolio of mid‐market and strategic Travel accounts, helping clients maximise the value of their Flywire partnership
Develop account plans focused on retention, client engagement and commercial growth opportunities
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client groups
Partner with clients to understand their business goals, operational challenges and payment needs
Act as a trusted advisor by providing guidance, education and insight around Flywire's payment solutions and capabilities
Provide clients with reporting, analytics and strategic recommendations to support performance and adoption
Work cross‐functionally with Sales, Product, Support and Implementation teams to deliver a strong client experience
Support onboarding best practices and contribute ideas to improve processes and client engagement across the wider Client Success organisation
Gather and communicate client feedback to help inform internal teams and support continuous improvement
Lead and manage multiple client initiatives simultaneously in a fast‐paced, highly collaborative environment
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Client Success, Relationship Management, Account Management or a similar client‐facing commercial role
Strong experience managing and growing existing client relationships
Proven ability to identify commercial opportunities and drive account growth within an existing portfolio
Experience working with strategic or complex client accounts
Excellent relationship building and communication skills with the ability to engage credibly with senior stakeholders
Strong organisational, analytical and planning skills
Comfortable working cross‐functionally across multiple teams and priorities
Payments, fintech or travel industry experience is highly preferred
Fluent in English plus Spanish and/or Italian is highly preferred
Experience with Salesforce, GSuite, Jira, Slack, Looker and Smartsheet is a plus
Willingness to travel across Europe as required
