We are seeking a Research Project Manager for quantitative market studies who wants to develop their professional career in a dynamic and innovative company. The Research Project Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating various internal departments (SCR, QA, Fieldwork, Data Processing), and successfully completing studies from start to finish. This position involves conducting quantitative studies through an online survey panel, starting with questionnaire review, understanding fieldwork to reach target groups, and interdisciplinary management within the company.
1. Establish, lead, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
2. Manage projects, taking control from approval to delivery of results.
3. Review questionnaires both methodologically and technically.
4. Interact and coordinate with different areas such as quotation managers, scripters, fieldwork, and data processing to ensure correct development and execution.
5. Ensure delivery of high-quality standards in our projects.
Experience: 6 months in market research, surveys, project management.
Education: Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Sociology or related fields.
Skills/Knowledge:
* Degree involving statistics (Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Communication Sciences).
* At least 6 months of experience in market research or quantitative analysis.
* Fluent in Spanish and excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Additional points if you speak French or Portuguese.
* Knowledge of quantitative research methodologies.
* Good teamwork, management, and organizational skills. Attention to detail.
Employment contract: Indefinite.
