We are looking for a results-driven, innovative, and motivated Head of Business Development to join our Business Development team.¿Tiene las siguientes habilidades, experiencia e impulso para tener éxito en este puesto?Descúbralo a continuación.Main Responsibilities:As a Head of Business Development, your responsibilities will include:Identify and contact potential clients, as well as detect and define their needs.Conduct continuous market analysis, including potential clients, key players, and competitors.Prepare commercial offers.Negotiate the presented proposals until the signing of the LOI or Contract, playing a leading role in advanced negotiations.Coordinate with the technical team to develop proposals, including technical scope and project timeline definition.Plan, guide, control, and supervise the business development activities of the assigned team.Monitor team performance and achievement of results.Collaborate with the Marketing Department on advertising strategies targeting the market and clients.Attend client visits to 3PBIOVIAN facilities, trade fairs, or client locations, as well as provide support in the preparation of trade fairs and conferences.Assessment Criteria:Education: Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.A Master's in Business Administration or a related field is desirable.A PhD in Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or Chemistry would be a plus.Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English.Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.Experience: 6+ years of experience in a similar position in CDMO companies within the Biopharmaceutical sector.Why 3PBiovian?You will have 26 paid days off: 23 vacation days + 2 personal days + 1 day off set by the company.Adaptable compensation plan, allowing all employees to allocate up to 30% of their gross annual salary to daily services exempt from income tax (childcare, health insurance, training, etc.
