What You Will Do
- Develop skills in cooking procedures and methods (grill, sauté, fry).
- Use knives and kitchen equipment.
- Recreate recipes and maintain consistency.
- Minimize food waste through cross‑utilization.
- Work with a world‑class culinary team.
- Create workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Prepare ingredients (chopping, peeling, cutting).
- Maintain a sanitized and orderly kitchen environment.
- Ensure proper storage of food and other items.
- Be responsible for ingredient quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Active food handler’s certification or ability to obtain it.
- Willingness to work diverse day/night and weekend shifts.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods.
- Can lift at least 50 pounds.
- Minimum age 21.
- Desire to exceed expectations.
- Energetic personality.
Compensation
$20.00 per hour.
