We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build systems that anticipate, automate, and optimize customer interactions at scale. You'll work on high-impact challenges across AI, automation, and distributed systems, directly influencing customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and retention.

* Location: 100% Remote in Spain with flexible schedule
* Salary: 55k-70k (according to seniority)

Key Responsibilities
* Build systems that anticipate customer needs and proactively reduce friction
* Develop features that surface key travel information such as flights, changes, and add-ons in real time
* Design and implement AI-powered chatbots and voicebots for self-service
* Automate communication flows related to trip updates, incidents, and disruptions
* Apply AI to classify, prioritize, and resolve customer interactions
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and drive solutions end-to-end
* Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance across distributed systems
* Contribute to scalable architectures across backend, frontend, and AI systems
* Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and workflows
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years of experience building scalable software systems
* Experience with backend and or frontend technologies such as PHP, Node.js, C#, React or similar
* Solid understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures (EDA)
* Experience designing and integrating REST APIs
* Product mindset focused on impact, not just delivery
* Experience with CI/CD, testing, and clean architecture principles (DDD)
* Familiarity with AI/LLMs and automation workflows
* Knowledge of observability including logging, monitoring, and tracing
* Strong communication skills in cross-functional environments
* Nice to have: Experience working across product, data, and AI domains or building customer-facing systems at scale
