**About the role**:
**As Sales Force Effectiveness Coordinator** **you will**drive the process and projects allowing our Sales & Marketing teams in Iberia to be more efficient and improve Customer Experience.
Reporting to Strategic Commercial Lead Iberia, this person will be closely aligned with the different team members to ensure execution in the country such as Local Leadership Team, Local Marketing Forum, SAM Teams, Marketing BDX, Sales Leadership Team, European SFE team and will be responsible for communication between European SFE-IT-Team and local sales and marketing Organization.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Increasing CRM adoption within the organization and across departments, ensuring integrated cross-functional collaboration.
- Supporting further implementation of CRM system.
- Increasing Salesforce effectiveness through delivering supportive data as part of improved decision making across the commercial process.
**About you**:
