We are currently looking for a Site Manager with strong on-site experience to join a key project. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in site supervision and commissioning, particularly in Data Centers and Medium / Low Voltage systems. Responsibilities : Supervise and monitor project schedules. Manage project budgets and resources. Prepare and coordinate project execution. Oversee on-site operations (previous experience as Site Manager required). Ensure compliance with service quality and supply standards. Interface with the Project Manager and provide regular reporting. Manage project closure and documentation. Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards. Requirements : Minimum 10 years of experience as Site Supervisor or Commissioning Supervisor. Familiarity with Schneider Electric MV equipment (Premset, MCSET, PIX), Protection Relays (SEPAM, Micom, Easergy), UPS APC Symmetra, and LV panels (Blokset, Okken, Prisma) – you don’t need to be an expert, but you should understand the systems Strong attention to technical detail, reliability, and customer focus Proficiency in MS Office (including MS Project), AutoCAD, Acrobat, Outlook, Omicron testing software, and protection relay configuration tools Advanced knowledge of MV / LV equipment, power station principles, and commissioning test methodologies Understanding of High Voltage substations and electrical networks Soft Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
