CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist

This hybrid role combines hands-on expertise in Mautic with multichannel campaign coordination and Customer Success management across clients, internal developers, and the CEO.

You will serve as both the technical marketing operator ensuring campaigns run smoothly and the primary contact delivering ongoing value for our managed deliverability and optimized profitability ESP offering.

Key Responsibilities

* Technical Operations & Analytics
* Manage the Mautic stack—installation, upgrades, plugins, security.
* Access servers via SSH to audit and optimize cronjobs (segments, campaigns, webhooks, backups) with Dev-OPS.
* Identify and fix misconfigurations like duplicate triggers or missing messenger workers.
* Query Amazon Athena (SQL) on engagement_daily table to validate KPIs and generate insights.
* Monitor deliverability using tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, and MXToolBox; maintain inbox placement >

95%.

* Integrate Mautic with client websites, e-commerce, CDP, BI, and ad platforms via API / Webhooks.
* Customer Success & Coordination
* Act as the main Success contact for assigned accounts : organize stand-ups, gather requirements, create tickets, track SLAs.
* Coordinate hand-offs between dev team, CEO, PM, and clients; ensure clarity on expectations, blockers, and ETAs.
* Present weekly performance reports highlighting growth metrics and next steps.
* Gather feedback and translate it into backlog items or optimization ideas.
* Manage JIRA boards with the CEO, prioritizing tasks for maximum ROI.
* Run experiments (subject-line tests, segment roll-outs) and measure results.
* Identify and scope new customer prospects fitting the 10 MM+ emails / month profile.
* 2–4 years CRM / Marketing Automation experience, with at least 1 year as primary Mautic owner.
* Proficiency in SQL (Amazon Athena), including window functions, partitions, and cost control.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to marketers and executives.
* Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a 'definition of done' mindset.
* Kaizen mindset and lean resourcefulness.
* Mastery of AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) for drafting and querying.
* Bonus : Experience with Optimove, Bird.com, Klaviyo, Braze, or Iterable; proficiency in French.

Includes Mautic v5.2.3+, SparkPost MTA, Amazon SES / qMail, AWS S3, Athena, Tableau, Airflow, Ubuntu 22, CloudWatch, Bitbucket / GitHub, and various tools for deliverability and analytics.

Success Milestones (30 / 60 / 90 days)

* 30 days : Set up a new sending domain, configure DNS, warm-up plan, SES credentials, Mautic settings, and document procedures.
* 60 days : Lead customer success for one client, achieving consistent growth in users, clicks, volume, and revenue; conduct weekly syncs, proactively resolve issues.
* 90 days : Manage 3 clients end-to-end with minimal CEO intervention; proactively source and scope a new customer.
