SCIB Global Strategy team is looking for a Business Developer, based in our Boadilla del Monte (Madrid) office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Business Developer, you will support the Global Head of SCIB to deliver the division's strategic agenda, leading strategic projects and activities to govern the division.
Responsibilities include:
* Contribute to setting the strategic agenda of the division and delivering strategic projects.
* Lead/support global strategic planning processes for SCIB (strategic and budgeting plans for 1-3-5 years).
* Oversee and develop business strategic projects/initiatives, collaborating with SCIB leadership across geographies and products.
* Influence senior stakeholders and prioritize demands to meet tight deadlines.
* Support the Global Head of SCIB in leadership activities, including preparing presentations and governance documents.
* Ensure proper internal governance procedures are followed.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Education: Bachelor's in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar; MBA/Master in Finance preferred.
Skills & Knowledge: High analytical skills, strong communication in English and Spanish, basic/medium financial knowledge.
Languages: Spanish
